I had included a note on my order to ask if POPLOLLIES would get in more of an out of stock item. NOT ONLY did I get a handwritten answer with estimated dates on the packing slip for my order - one mix I ordered was short one color in their supply and POPLOLLIES substituted the missing bead with the very bead I HAD ASKED ABOUT THAT WAS OUT OF STOCK IN BULK QUANTITY! I'm amazed they took the time to read the note (rare these days) and then had the awareness to substitute that very bead in a few quantities so I would have some to work with until the new supply was delivered. Honestly, new customer - now one for life with that single act. Really impressed with the quality of service. POPLOLLIES is now my go to - if I can get it there, especially in a bulk quantity, that's where I go first. Wishing POPLOLLIES continued success and all the best!
