Just started out making my own collars for my dog. And I had a situation where some beada didn’t fit properly on my 2mm wire. And me being a beginner I didn’t know what kind of tools to use to make it bigger if that was even possible. I spoke with the company and she was so kind to send me some more and made sure the holes were OK. And all I have to do is send back old ones. I recommend this company to anybody. She is very patient and understanding. Thanks again for all your help!
